Returns & Exchanges

Because each Charm Bar Kit is assembled specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized kits.

If your order arrives with damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly replace any damaged or missing items at no additional cost.
